· Absolute Roofing 247
The "247" in Absolute Roofing 247 is there for a reason. Roofs rarely fail at a handy time. A tile can blow off in the middle of the night, or a leak can appear during a Sunday downpour. That is why we offer 24/7 emergency roofing across Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire and the surrounding areas, seven days a week.
Why we answer around the clock
Looking after customers means being there when they actually need us. When water is coming into your home, waiting until Monday morning is not good enough. Our emergency roofer service is there day and night, so you can speak to someone and get help on the way.
What counts as a roofing emergency?
You know your home best, but these are the kind of problems that should not wait:
- water coming through a ceiling or light fitting
- tiles, slates or ridge tiles blown off in a storm
- a flat roof that has split or lifted in high winds
- lead flashing that has come away around a chimney
If you are unsure, call us free on 0800 046 1159 and we will talk it through with you.
What to do while you wait
Your safety comes first. Please do not climb onto the roof or up a ladder, especially in wind, rain or the dark. Instead:
- move furniture and belongings away from the leak
- put a bucket or bowl under any drips
- turn off electrics in the affected area if water is near light fittings, and only if it is safe to do so
- take photos of the damage if you can do it safely
Making it weathertight, then fixing it properly
In an emergency, the first job is to stop more water getting in. Once your home is protected, we look for where the water is really getting in and explain what needs doing. Leak detection matters, because a damp patch does not always sit right under the problem. We then give you a free quote for the full roof repair.
Good communication, even in a hurry
Customers often mention communication in their Google reviews. Sunny T. described "excellent communication beforehand and during the job", and Finn B. praised "strong communication before and during the job". That is what we aim for on every job, including urgent ones.
Free quotes and no payment until completion
All our quotes are free and there is no payment until the work is completed. Absolute Roofing 247 has 4.9 stars from 369 Google reviews (as at 29 October 2026).
